Spoke to one of the chaps who gave us a great price on some materials and took the time to call me a few days after to advise the delivery maybe a day or so over, was that a problem, which wasn't at all for us and in fact the order arrived only one day over. If all businesses were run like this, we would all be very happy people. WHATEVER YOU SEE IN THESE REVIEWS, A BUSINESS IS ONLY AS GOOD AS IT'S STAFF.

Called up asking for a price on a few items. Was told I would receive a call back with delivery time on my order of £500. 4 days later I've still not had a phone call. Found somewhere else and was over £150 cheaper. Will definitely not be using this company again.

I've used Lanlee for a few things in the past and had a number of items delivered from them. Brilliant service and quality products. They are always happy to help you with their advice.

Husband arrived this morning for wood posts and a gate. Unfriendly and rude service. It doesn't take much to say good morning or smile. Won't be in any rush to visit again

unable to give no stars - WHAT HAS HAPPENED? i've used lanlee for years and always known they are not the cheapest but local and convenient. The last two dealings with the sales staff (1 being the manager) have been so rude and unprofessional, i will never use this company ever again - there are cheaper companies who have polite, professional staff as standard....Bye Bye lanlee

What a refreshing change to find a company with such helpful staff.
Myself and a friend called today referring to bottled gas.
Two of the staff went out of their way to give great advice and ended up with making two sales.
I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND... and will definitely be back.!

My experience buying several fence panels from Lanlee Supplies was excellent, their shop has many different types of fence panels to choose from and they were a good price. The customer service was very good and delivery was spot on.

Will be buying from them again for sure. Top place to shop.!

I had some decking boards delivered during a downpour. The delivery guy helped me carry the boards into the garden. He was great. Unfortunately when I fitted the decking I found that I was two short. I decided to collect these in my car. Again the heavens opened! Thunderstorm this time. Despite this the guy in the Sales Office and the fellow who helped me negotiate getting the boards into my car where both absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way to deal with this tiny order as if I was their most important customer. We even found a way to bring the boards home without having to have the sunroof open!
If this is the standard of customer service then hats off to you. Brilliant.

Absolutely ridiculous to charge £12 Inc Vat, for delivery from Colne to trawden for one piece of trellis.

doesn't take criticism very well every bad review is met with the same reply. He trolls my reviews and other users, uses that as a excuse obviously I have hit a nerve, my reviews are always truthfull
