TFP Nurture Fertility Nottingham

We are almost at the end of a frozen embryo transfer cycle. It’s our first time going through IVF and Nurture have been amazing. They’re all so professional and the clinics are lovely and clean and nicely decorated which makes you feel really comfortable. The online Portal system is really useful and any messages I have sent to ask questions or with any worries, I’ve had a reply message the same day or they have booked in a phone call for me to discuss it further, normally that day or the following day. I had a few complications but everything has been explained to me really clearly and I’ve felt really well looked after.

I would definitely, without a doubt, recommend Nurture to anyone starting their IVF journey!

The service and quality of care has been absolutely brilliant. We had two frozen transfers, and unfortunately the first didn't work, but my medication was tinkered with and we now have our beautiful daughter. I've had a rare problem with my womb and they were calm, comforting and honest with me about my chances of conception. The only problem is their online portal which I'm still unable to login too, and seems to not be very user friendly.

I was incredibly disappointed with my IVF experience at Nurture in December last year. The whole process felt very rushed and impersonal. I was never seen by the same person, and only actually had contact with a doctor twice - most of the work is outsourced to radiographers, nurses and admin staff. All communication was delivered through an online portal; even when the news was disappointing and warranted a further discussion. I felt like I was rushed into egg collection despite a disappointing response to the medication which - while not entirely surprising due to my low AMH level - could have been different had I been given the opportunity to try a different protocol. I got the sense they just wanted to rush me through my one NHS-funded cycle so they could get their money, and then get me to pay for another one. I would not recommend Nurture to anyone, especially not those with low AMH. There are lots of clinics with better reputations, experience and willingness to get to know their clients and properly tailor the treatment to individual needs. Choose somewhere else.

Me and my husband are about to start next week with IVF. Never been through the experience before. I’m a little worried and overwhelmed. Our experience so far with Burton Fertility has been brilliant. Staff are very friendly and if you have a question you just just ring the clinic and they are more than happy to help you and answer any questions you have. Receptionists are lovely. The nursing team and our consultant are incredibly lovely and are very calming and they are keeping us informed via the portal which is a great idea. When a new message goes on there they email you or text you to make you aware. Any couple that are experiencing fertility issues I highly recommend Burton Fertility. 10 out of 10 so far from us

Someone recommended this clinic to me as it was close by to where I worked. I hadn’t read the reviews until my first appointment, and when I read them I then wished I went somewhere else (but I’d already paid upfront for my consultation so I couldn’t). From the very offset, all the girls who work here are kind, considerate and professional. My appointments and treatment started extremely quickly which made me feel mentally so much better. Their communication has been great. I am confused by what people below have said about the online portal - it is very easy to use and you also receive texts / emails with these messages on anyway. With regards to the actual treatment and advice, I dealt with a consultant called Harriet who was absolutely fantastic and I would strongly recommend booking with her if you choose to use this clinic - her knowledge was fantastic and I left my consultation feeling so positive. I think when choosing a clinic, it is important to take reviews such as those below with a pinch of salt. Infertility is a very scary time in life, and when we don’t get the results we want, it is easy to blame the ones who we were expecting to “fix” this. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the Nottingham area.

From the minute we stepped into nurture I instantly felt confident and put at ease. We had a journey of a couple of years of fertility treatment through the nhs and then transferred over for ivf to nuture and the difference in care is outstandingly different. I cannot fault anything in the care we received at nuture. We will be forever grateful as I sit here with a now 6 week old on our first attempt of ivf. We consider ourselves extremely lucky. Nuture not only gave us our dreams but everything before hand was professional and we felt extremely looked after. All staff have been amazing. The portal I thought was a brilliant idea and always found quite responsive. The facilities are brilliant overall anyone thinking of ivf you will not regret your care with nurture.

All the staff here have been amazing from the minute I stepped foot through the door for my first appointments to my embryo transfer! The doctor was so helpful and informative at my consultation and the nurses admin and embryology team could not have exceeded our expectations more. I’ve had previous cycles in different local clinics and would without a doubt recommend nurture to anyone! Thanks for making our dreams come true. Baby James was born in February this year!

This is our 4th time using Nuture and we definitely regret our decision this time round. They hide behind an online portal and make absolutely no actual communication. Our clinic was meant to be Burton but because of staff illness for almost 2 weeks have made us go to Stoke. And medication is due to run out to be told need to go to Nottingham to collect even though they work out the amount the be prescribed. Avoid! IVF is not a time to be stressed and you will be nothing but stressed if you go with this clinic! Please avoid I never write reviews but I don’t want another person to go through the same stresses we have!
