Chris Warner - Mortgage Adviser

Chris was absolutely brilliant in assisting us when taking out our first mortgage and life insurance policy. We struggled initially to find a Brooker that would help us to find a mortgage that would accept a foreign currency salary, however Chris was more than happy to take our case and found a mortgage that suited our needs the most. His guidance and advise was exceptional and communication throughout the entire process was perfect. Would highly recommend and we will certainly be using his services again in the future should we need them.

Chris guided us through the process of re-mortgaging two properties we own. This is not a process which we could have done on our own.

Companies always ask for reviews in hope of future business from other clients, that's the way the world works right? This is by far the easier review I have ever wrote. After trying various companies and having no success, I didn't think I was ever going to get on the property ladder. A last chance scroll through Google, I left my details for call back on Mortgage Experience website.

The next day I received a call back from Chris. After a brief phone call he said I could get a mortgage and although I was sceptical, he said he would be the man to get it for me. Cutting a long story short, today I received my mortgage offer. Throughout the whole process Chris has been absolutely amazing, he was available when ever I needed him, offering advice and even going through forms from solicitors and mortgage companies. Although things we not plain sailing, with a lender pulling out last minute, Chris didn't let that stop him, he found another lender within a few hours and managed to get the result we all wanted.

Chris went above and beyond throughout the whole process, working evenings to accommodate my work schedule, without once refusing a phone call / email. To say he is an asset to his company is an understatement. Chris has become someone I would class as a friend, not just a person I contacted over a mortgage. I owe so much to him and he has changed my life not only for me but my partner and little boy as well. I can not recommend him enough. when this man says you can get a mortgage, rest assured he will deliver.
