We have recently moved house and used this as an opportunity to review our financial affairs including wills. Shane and Sam at Principle Financial Services have provided an excellent level of customer service spending a great deal of time to fully understand our specific needs and tailoring a package of products to meet these.

They are able to explain very complex subjects like wills and power of attorneys in a friendly, personal manner using very simple language (non legal) manner which we were able to quickly understand. In addition, they have provided us with additional financial advice and services. Nothing is too much trouble and Shane and Sam are 100% customer focused.
