Vanessa has worked tirelessly with myself and my family to get our portfolios and wills in order. She's visited us together for meetings and individually on numerous occasions to ensure that everything is properly set in place and that all possible outcomes are covered. She's extremely patient in her explanations to various questions we've thrown at her and it feels like she treats each job she takes on personally and genuinely cares.
