Calling a financial business and when asking to speak to someone the receptionist kept pushing for more details about what it was about. Don't really want to be giving personal details out to a random member of staff when I've been dealing with someone in the business already and the receptionist then went on to hang up on me. Would not recommend.

I contacted Lyn Financial Services to get quotes on life insurance. Throughout the process I was dealt with by Goerge Lyle who provided very good advice and an excellent overall customer experience. My circumstances were complicated , but George was patient and worked hard to find us the cover that was suitable. I would fully recommend this company, and especially George Lyle as an adviser.

We recently needed a re-mortgage on my home that was complicated & not straight forward. Andrew Govier was excellent in going the extra mile & finding the right mortgage that suited our needs perfectly. We then needed to look at our Pensions & go through best options on them as we were both around 55 now, he recommended Mike Rogers, who was also excellent & is now sorting out the best options for us, as we want to retire early in around 3 years time. I would have no hesitation to recommend both of these professionals & we will certainty be using them now in the future. Neither were pushy & both spent time looking into what was best for our situation, so a massive thanks to you both
