Shocking customer service. Order placed with them was farmed out for delivery direct from the supplier - items then not received but because it wasn't reported within 48hrs of order that simply washed their hands of it.

On the 23rd December I was delivered a broken fire extinguisher, which I reported immediately to the company. 1 month on and the broken fire extinguisher has not been collected by the company !

Very poor service. Offer next working day delivery and take your money. The next day (day of delivery) they call to let you know they don't actually have it stock and can't get an alternative out for another 2 days. Top tip 'Fire Protection Online', don't promise what you can't deliver. On top of that, they can't refund the money for 5 days for something they didn't have to sell.
