My daughter recently located to the UK from South Africa. A few days ago she was cleaning her apartment door when she inadvertently shut the door, locking her out of the entrance. Distraught, she asked someone to try to locate a locksmith...to no avail (they were busy), so in desperation she went to the nearby Fire Station. Three wondeful young men went out of their way to assist her, manged to open the door and kept her calm. I am deeply grateful for their help....what wondeful team you have!!!! PS ..hope this is the team that helped her..
