Rod was brilliant with my special needs sister who was too frightened to go down some concrete steps ,with no rail and very steep. Rod laid down on one side of the steps to give Jane more confidence and to stop her physically falling down about 2 to 3 metres. One of her carers Yvonne was also brilliant Thankyou
