We had smoke in the house but couldn’t find a source so called the fire service. They arrived so quickly and spent some time at the house trying to locate the source of a fire. They were so helpful and stayed until they were absolutely sure that there wasn’t a fire. It turned out it was the tumble dryer in the basement. Whilst it hadn’t caught fire completely , it was very nearly there. They explained everything to us about the risks and went through fire safety with us. They even replaced a broken smoke alarm and gave us a carbon monoxide detector. The 2 crews from Rhyl and Prestatyn were amazing!! They are all heroes 🤩🤩
