Really engaging and honest appraisal of fire place required for the space and positioning, even if I had in my mind something bigger! Installed in a day and ended up requiring a cherry picker to finish install which needed setting up on adjoining property. The guys approached owners prior and explained situation allowing them access needed. Fire place is fantastic and plenty big enough for the size room.

Eco fires and Stoves recently installed our first wood burner (in place of an open fire), which we are very pleased with. The service and advice we received from the outset was very very good, with a no pressure sales approach. They were able to answer all of our questions, offer an objective opinion and chat through various options available to us. After the initial consultation + quote, Pete came out to measure up and identified the fact that we had a wooden fire surround. We hadn't anticipated having to replace this, but Pete found a very good replacement that looked very similar, was made to measure and post installation looks like it's always been in place. Stuart was also a great help throughout, supporting and offering answers to questions as they came up.

Jake and Angus installed the new burner, giving the chimney a sweep prior to installing the liner. We hadn't used the fire much, and had lined up a professional chimney sweep, but the burner came in to stock earlier than expected, hence not being able to get a chimney sweep in pre installation. They spent time prepping the room, putting dust sheets on everything in advance of doing any work in the house. They were professional, clean, polite and did a great job.

I'd highly recommend speaking to Eco Fires and Stoves if you're considering getting a wood burning stove.

Absolutely brilliant service from going into the show room and meeting Stuart, then Peter coming to do a home survey and giving great advice on log burners, to Jake and Angus who came and fitted our long burner. They made minimal mess and were very professional at all times, Talking through everything as they went. Lovely to have such hard working, passionate and work conscientious tradesmen and dong a fantastic job! Would definitely recommend you certainly wouldn’t be disappointed 😊

Absolutely chuffed, so pleased. The service is bespoke. The minute we entered the shop, we were guided though a wealth of knowledge from Pete. The lads that actually fitted the burner were brilliant, Jake and Angus. They have obviously had great training. Their Customer care is fantastic, i was actually encouraged to ask questions arround the fitting of the log burner. We were assured the whole way through. I would definitely recommend Eco Fires

It’s official. We’ve fallen back in love with our lounge! It’s amazing the warmth and atmosphere our new log burner radiates. Pete and the team at Eco Fires and Stoves were fantastic. Great price, speedy service, fantastic attention to detail and they left our house clean and tidy. These are people that clearly know their stuff. We’re off to listen to some music and enjoy a glass (or 2) of Rioja in our wonderful lounge with out beautiful new log burner. Cheers!

Great range of stoves and the staff in the showroom were really knowledgeable and helpful.
Jake and Angus fitted the stove, they were really polite and friendly and did a great job. They spent time with us explaining the process and how to use the stove. Couldn’t recommend them more highly,
