A fantastic job done with my new log burner - I couldn't be happier. They took great care of my furniture (and dogs!) Covering everything, leaving no mess at all. Fantastic communication throughout the whole process, gave me a range of options to choose from that worked with the budget, provided sound advice to ensure everything was within regulations. On the day itself great work, even though they needed to install a new chimney pot which was unforeseen, discussed the needs and got on with the work. Really happy and love the new focal point of the room. Highly recommended!!

StoveServe removed our old fireplace surround and fitted a log burner with a new surround and hearth as well as lining the chimney in just two days. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job in the agreed time and for the agreed price. They were also very tidy and gave us a demo on how to light the stove plus a few cleaning tips before leaving, a bonus for novices like ourselves! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

Really pleased with the service we received from Craig at StoveServe. Craig came over and discussed a number of different options available to us. We eventually agreed the best option was to open out our fireplace increasing the width and height to increase the air flow around the log burner. Craig also gave us various options on different log burners to suit our needs, we felt confident in his knowledge and friendly approach. The work was carried out over 2 days, with minimal disruption and mess. For the new installation of a log burner, flue and brickwork plastered and finished we felt his price was reasonable and fair. We’d happily recommend Craig.
