Really pleased with our new fire. We wanted to replace an old fire quickly so we could decorate. Great choice of fires. The staff in the store were very helpful and suggested Dom to fit it. Dom was fantastic. He managed to find a day the following week to instal and when he realised the new fireplace was a little smaller, made good the wall around sufficient for us to wallpaper. Would highly recommend Dominic Malone as a fitter and the Fireplace Superstore.

Not very impressed with the service at all. Lots of confusion over what fire we could have. They suggested someone came around our house to check which one would be suitable. So I contacted the person the shop gave me only to be told " its too far to come out" it is about 7 miles away. So how are we supposed to buy a fire ???. Also, so many staff in the office and no-one wanted to help other than a lady sales assistant who did her best . So overall very disappointed and have found a better showroom who were extremely helpful.

Friendly, customer focused set up. The showroom is superb. From start to finish an impeccable service. All phone calls answered or returned. Regularly updated. Professional installation. If you are looking for a fire, look no further, you are in good hands.

After visiting the showroom a few times and having an amazing experience, I decided it was time to buy myself my very own fireplace. The staff at this place are so helpful! They were able assist me in picking out just what would work best for our living room - which ended up being perfect because now we have one installed right before winter arrives

Wonderful service for our new DRU fire. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. The best price I could find anywhere in the UK. Our fire arrived in perfect condition an a pallet, very well packaged and over 2 weeks earlier than expected. I can also recommend their after sales advice on accessories.
