Bought a fire 2 years ago and has been brilliant until it stopped steaming.Phonecall made today and fantastic service. Home visit and part replaced no charge! I would highly recommend this company they are very helpful.

Called at the new show room today for a spare part, after being a long term customer, for different items, over the years. I was delighted to find the owner was still very welcoming and helpful. The after care being first class and advice very honest. The new lines in fire places are very modern and impressive, as is the wall art and mirrors. Will be my first stop when upgrading. Great service and great choices.

very friendly when you go to the unit but a job that was supposed to take 2-3 days took over 3 weeks. I am still waiting for the rubble and left over bits and peices to be taken away. My wife has tried to contact him to find out when it will be taken away but he doesnt answer the call
