Brian Fish Chips And Pizza

Absolutely poor service, was told 5 minutes for fish & chips, took almost 20 minutes, worse than average chips warm served not piping hot, lots of thick Unedible batter on the fish. Asked for the chips to be put into a box was quoted additional 30p for the box. Asked for the chips to be wrapped, the chips were served open I specifically asked for my chips to be wrapped after I had put on my own salt and vinegar, again had to ask twice before the instructions where understood, £7.20 is far too much for haddock and small chips. Chips were not cut fresh and freshly prepared from new potatoes the chips must have been there for a while, not very tasty at all. Grumpy service from the man who served me. I would not waste your hard earned money going here instead try somewhere else would not recommend this place at all. Poor customer service

Honestly one of the greatest chip shops in Boston. Prices are pretty good and the food quality is amazing. Every time i have the chance to fish and chips, i will always pick Brian's simply because they're food is so good. I highly recommend it. The staff members are also very friendly and great to have a conversation with

Definitely the best fish-n-chips around! Huge portions, too! I go here every week since I've been in Boston. Their pizza is delicious, too! Friendly staff. Always accommodating and go above and beyond.

Very friendly owners with good quick service. But food wasn’t great, Fish was lacking flavour and chips were over cooked.

Ordered and paid online.never got anything never answered the phone all night.... never did get my money back....avoid

Always cooked fresh. Lovely staff. Had fish tonight, Crispy batter with flakey fish. Pizza is great if you want to try. Slovenly doughy base and lots of cheese.

Amazing fish and chips at reasonable prices for the local area, the only criticism is that the fish and chips was too big for just one person hut it was really fresh and tasted delicious
