Mr Chips

Clean and tidy traditional fish and chip shop, decent fish and chips served by friendly staff.
The real downside was the idiotic customers who think that in these challenging times it is acceptable to wander into this small space with no mask on & no regard for others and social distancing, there were three in there!

Always excellent, cooked to order. Good fresh fish with light crispy batter, good chips and never greasy. Would recommend.

Good chips . Friendly staff . Shame there are no signs to advise mask wear is compulsory and clients are allowed to enter without masks . No sanitiser evident.

Two allowed in at once regardless of masks. Customer before me has his hands and arms on the counter . No effort to clean after he left .

I only ordered a small portion of fish and chips and still I struggled to finish it. Worth every penny !!!

Fabulous as always. U can eat in or take away, a good choice of hot or cold drinks in the cafe area. Clean, tidy, friendly and good food... what more can you ask? Top marks.

Recently ordered from here what can I say? Best food I've tasted, honestly, I could not fault it! Absolute perfection! Keep up the great work. We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended 5 stars!!!!
