Had a fish and chips after the cheltenham races and wow it was well worth the 40 minute walk, I can see why they call it the best In the area ! Lovely, fresh fish , great value for money ! I will certainly be back whenever I’m in the area !

Best fish and chip shop ever. Not even shops at the seaside can compare. Have been coming here for years, always fresh and tasty plus generous portions. Staff are very friendly too! Can't knock it

Really good value, LARGE portions. Fast service. Clean. I'm going more regularly to try and keep them profitable in the current economic turmoil. You should too.

Their kebab wrap is amazing. Always got long queues but they usually work through it pretty quickly and a busy takeaway keeps all the food fresh

Ordered a very large order ( around £160) for work, they were brilliant had it ready when they said it would be, helped take it to the bus. All staff super friendly.
The guys at work loved the food, all cooked nicely

Portion control is not the name of the game here, and THANK GOODNESS for that! The cod and chips are always tasty, and as I say, a large portion of chips often feeds three. Could possibly be five stars if the service was a little better, a little cheerier perhaps. But the great tasting nosh can make up for the 'awkwardness' in the shop.
