Wymans fish bar

We have sampled many fish & chip establishments around Cheltenham, and I have to say this was the best by far. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, after a special request, which they prepared even though it wasn’t on their menu. The portions are very generous and the food tasty. It’s apparent they use the best quality ingredients. We throughly recommend Wymans Fish Bar.

We have enjoyed fish and chips here on numerous occasions. The most recent last Thursday, always delicious a real treat. The fish on the batter is always crispy just perfect and the chips are tasty and plentiful. I always have curry sauce which has a little kick. Perfect. Definitely recommend. A lovely chip shop. Always good quality and great portion size. Joint best chip shop in Cheltenham with big fish. Also the owner is a top guy. Amazing customer service.

It's OK. Not the best but definitely had worse. I mean if you are taking the time to read this then I would suggest you give them a try.

This is my fourth time using them as they are within walking distance however this is the third time they have left something off of my order. I went back to pick up the pie that they left off and it was given to my by a lady cleaning the floor. She didn't wash her hands, she didn't use tongs, she just got her dirty floor hands right in there and sent me away with a nice cold pie. Couldn't eat the floor pie and by the time I got home the chips were cold and straight in the bin. Waste of money and time. Again.... Will not use again.
