Large portions for fair prices, it was the first time I tried fish and chips and it was all right, maybe a bit blant but with some souce and spices you can make it work. Busy and fresh, I would recommend it.

Have been coming here since the lunchbox meal was 4.99. Then it went up to 5.99 for to covid and today it was 6.99. It is still worth it and good value for money. Fish, chips side and drink. If it went up to 7.99 I'm not so sure.

Chips are crispy and tasty. The fish was a bit moist compared to previously but still good. Mushy peas go well with the chips, sometimes I find it too hot when they microwave it for too long.

Not a great first time experience. Customer service is non existent to the point where I wasn't even acknowledged. Most extortionate fish and chips I've ever had and for what I got it's not worth it AT ALL! Chips were dry and not fresh as well as the fish. I waited approximately 20mins on top of that. I popped in here due to the overall great reviews I saw on Google and I happened to be in the area and was craving fish and chips and it's safe to say this was a major disappointment.

I kept on meaning to write a review. My husband and I decided to get some fish and chips as a treat as we hadn't been to the Brothers Fish and chips shop for a couple of years. We waited for about 20 minutes which seemed like a lifetime. We looked through the glass at the two pieces of cod, and hoped they weren't our order, but they were. They were overcooked, by an elderly man who emerged with them. We hoped that when we got home and tasted it, it would be alright. They were awful, all dried up. We were so utterly disappointed and thought that the standard had really dropped since we last visited this shop. We were so hungry and so disappointed at the same time. We will never be going back!!

Delicious food and decent portions. Take out arrived promptly and was still hot. Best fish and chips in the Ilford area.

So, for halloumi fans, I can’t even describe how awesome their halloumi bites are! Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside! You’d want more and more!!!

One of the best fish and chips in all of London. Been coming here for over 30 years.
