stopped here on part of a coast to coast ride the staff where helpful and the food was very good.

The fish and chips are great. I had chips and gravy, a definite northern chippy dish. You get loads for your money. Only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

We had lovely fish and chips here while on holiday. Good portion sizes, lovely fish, scampi and sausages. Food wasn't greasy at all and prices very reasonable.
