Pacific Fish Bar

Have bought takeaway from here a few times - fish and chips each time. The actual shop is a little tired, but the fish and chips are good. Service is efficient and prices are reasonable. Will be coming back as it is particularly convenient for us and does the job.

Good fish and chips - cooked the battered sausage and fish when I arrived to order and only waited 5mins. Minus a star because chips were a little blonder and could be crispier. Friendly guy behind the counter.

Best chip shop around, me and the kids have been going here for years, we can't seem to drive past without popping in and grabbing a bag of chips. Always greeted with top customer service, he is very polite and the food is always cooked right especially the nice soft chips :)

Ok but batter for fish was thick and not crispy. Chips were ok. Server should have been wearing gloves and a mask but did not

Are used to go in the shop, minimum 2 to 3 times a week, and spend minimum 10 pound but when you go to chips 1/3 of the bag of chips is hard cranky bits

Avoid this place the chips smell and taste like they’ve been cooked in old oil and then left to sit there most of the day. Probably because no one in this area buys their chips from this place it’s that bad. The chips were mostly rock solid, hollow and totally inedible basically only bin worthy. Avoid this place!

As a few other reviews mention, it does look very dated but don't let that put you off, tried for the first time tonight and really not disappointed, will certainly be back.

Decent food at decent prices

Great food and prices, good portions too. Very friendly family business. Consistent quality and always tastes great.
