WORST FISH IVE EVER HAD.
100% the worst I’ve ever had.
Basically no fish and 90% batter. I’ve not eaten anything in that photo just pulled it apart. Disgusting.

Beautiful fish and chips, can't fault it. Delicious. Had another delivery tonight. There was some food missing. Tried to sort it out with just eat, they told me to ring the shop. There was no answer and the website suddenly said they were not taking any orders!!

I ordered through Uber Eats as I'm currently unable to leave the house, otherwise I'd have taken a walk to George's on the Glascote road (5 star place, highly recommended).

Along with it taking well over an hour to arrive I also immediately noticed that an item was missing.

Part of the order was both a saveloy and a battered saveloy (I'd never had the latter before so decided to try it out). The unbattered saveloy was stone cold and totally flavourless, more like a tube of cold wet sponge, while the battered saveloy tasted as expected, so I'm not sure what happened there at all.

The chips were pretty pathetic too, not the chunky kind that I'm used to seeing from most chippys. These were a little on the thin side.

Overall it was a pretty poor first experience, and given what I've read from some other reviews I won't be giving them another try.

Excellent customer service. Chips and curry sauce are so nice from here.

Partner ordered food from here on just eat. Didn’t even turn up and no answer on the phone from the shop. Looking at the reviews of the food we had a lucky escape anyway!!

Had belly ache after a Donna wrap all afternoon, to then being sick from 4pm and still ongoing being sick!!!

Ordered food at 15.50, to be told it would arrive at around 17.20, if I have known this order would have been over an hour and 40 minutes I would have gone elsewhere!!! Rang to ask at 16.35 and told would need to wait for driver to come in at 5 and then deliver to me. Already waited 40 minutes and I've got to wait another hour?!Absolutely ridiculous. also need to leave for work at 17.30. Thanks.
