Gustoso

Ordered chips and cheese, next to no cheese on order looked partly eaten & chips weren't cooked properly.

Food was fresh and pipping hot. Delivered in under 30min of ordering. Would recommend!

Boggin just had a burger and fish supper the fish full of bones and chips not cooked properly and a reheated burger sorry not good enough won’t be back

Late again only 25 minutes this time and cold. I used a food thermometer and the fish probed at 46.7. only thing that was still warm was the separate potion of chips. The order was in an insulated bag so I don't know why thing we're so cold. It's a shame I used to really like this take away but enough is enough I won't use them again unless I go into the shop myself.

Have been ordering from Gustoso for a while now. Started with Spicy Haggis Supper, arrived in 40 mins, no grease and piping hot.
Tried pizza crunch, very tasty and not greasy.
Tried Special fish, amazing.
The past two weeks I have ordered by phone and Lomond eats. Delivery time for a 1/2lb burger meal. Over Two hours, burger was nice but had list a good bit of heat.
Ordered s Fish supper tonight, delivery time over 1 1/2 hours. Chips were cold, fish was soggy and cold. Noticed my paper bag was not sealed shut.
Gradually like all new food places that deliver, standards beginning to drop and delivery times are getting longer and food arrives cold. I have recommended Gustoso to family and friends but I'm beginning to regret this.

I've ordered from here since the place opened and was impressed but standards have deteriorated sharply.
You rarely get your order in under 90 minutes and often over the 2 hour mark- regardless of what you order.
The time between the text telling you that your order is with the driver and the time which you receive the order is pretty much always 30+ minutes, meaning that your food is lukewarm at best. It genuinely used to be a total gem, it has always had delivery problems but the food was so good it compensated for the wait. Sadly, this is not the case any longer.
Our order tonight took over 2 hours to get here and was pretty much cold and inedible so it ended up in the bin. There's no point calling to complain or ask where your food is as you get a stock answer given with a sullen attitude.
We won't be using Gustoso's again.

Ordered a chippy box for £10 but wished to change the special fish (one of the most expensive things on the menu) to a hamburger (one of the least expensive) to be told I would be charged £1 extra for the change, when I queried the charge the girl on the phone said with cheek (well you aren't really supposed to change anything). I waited 1 and a half hours and phoned them to ask where my delivery was only to be told they are just making it now. The food arrived and was horrible no salt and vinegar dripping in oil I will not be ordering from here again rubbish customer service blatant robbery and poor food. Absolute vile if I could give them a no star review I would.

Had a fish, chips and a King rib.

I asked Ito cooked a certain way and he obliged me.

The menu is varied they do pizza also. Food was nice!
