Hands down, the best fish and chips you can get North Wales! This haddock was big enough to be a shark! Super crispy and very light batter and the fish melts in your mouth.

Table service was excellent, staff are super friendly and upbeat. Nice chilled vibes in the seating area. Plus dog friendly!!

Food was served within minutes, the quality of the food sets the bar very high and other chippies in the local area just don't come close in my opinion.

Fantastic fish and chips, portions are huge! None of us could finish them all. Really friendly staff, and fantastic to be able to bring the dogs in as well. They were immediately brought out a bowl of water and when we ordered food they were given some treats by the staff too. Great service, would highly recommend.

I've been to many Fish & Chip shops around the UK and I would say the Cod & Chips I purchased from Archway were in my top 4, they were fantastic! The cod was white and moist, the batter was thin, golden and crispy, and the chips were golden and hot. I really liked the cardboard boxes they came in too. My only negative was the small wooden take-away forks provided were far too small to pick up fish making eating difficult, however luckily I had some camping forks in the boot of my car. The Archway Fish & Chips also offer 2 types of curry sauce too; fruity or Chinese which is cool! I went for the Chinese which isn't too hot and has a good flavour. If you are in the Conway, Wales area (LL32 8NH) I totally recommend you check out The Archway Fish & Chip shop...you will NOT be disappointed. It is also one of the cleanest and modern looking Fish and Chip I have visited, and hygiene is extremely important in this type of business and the The Archway clearly understands that.

Was recommended by the locals as amongst the favourites but this is definitely not mine. Ordered the Fish & Chips but haddock is clearly not fresh (frozen) as it was bland and the fish stuck to the batter without much flakiness. Went in just after 7 pm on a Friday and it was last table orders.

We both enjoyed our fish and chips at the Archway, beautiful crisp white fish so tasty and fresh. I decided to go for the large cod and my dad the Archway special cod served with bread, peas, chips and a pot of tea. I must admit the large cod was tough to finish but so tasty I had to. The staff are so lovely and friendly greeting us with smiles on our arrival all the way through to our departure.

Come to the Archway you won't be disappointed.

Had the Archway special of cod, chips, mushy peas, bread and butter and a drink. Cost £9.99 and worth the money. Fish not over battered and chips tasty. Service good and friendly and restaurant area decorated in a hut type of theme. Gluten free options also available

Really good fish and chips on my way to Llanberis.

Welcoming and friendly staff, quick service and plenty of choice.

High quality fish and food.

Definitely a good stop for the start or end of the weekend.

The kitchen and toilet are really clean and order.

I will be back soon for sure.

Top notch fish and chips from here. A little pricey but then, it is bang in the middle of a very busy tourist town. Either way, If you're in town, be it local, like I am, or visiting, then you won't be disappointed with the fish and chips from here. Clean, good service, friendly staff and quality grub.
