Wow, what an experience. Ordered food for delivery via just eat at about 6.45 given a delivery time of 8pm , sent text at 8.03pm to say it's on its way . When it arrived over 45 mins late ,and around 40 minutes after their text , it was stone cold and possibly the last to be delivered as the food was squashed flat. I logged a complaint with just eat who contacted the restaurant and clearly I am a liar as the food was not cold as it was in a heated bag. Clearly I have nothing better to do than lie about having to bin my food as it was inedible and clearly I am on a money making exercise when I am ungrateful that the only amount they are willing to refund is the£2 delivery fee. Such a shame as I am confident that had the food been delivered in a timely manner and in a more recognisable form it would have been fine I would be sat enjoying my meal rather than leaving this review. Do not waste time and money

Just ordered from just eat. Wish i had read reviews first. The chips were virtually inedible...scraggy and hard. None of the kids touched chicken nuggets as they looked burnt. I tried a bite and were completely dry. Majority has been binned. Very disappointed.

After experiencing their weekend breakfast which was gorgeous and great value, I thought I'd order a nice Friday night takeaway. What a disappointment that was... unfortunately the chips tasted hard and dried out like they'd been sat there for a week. All 4 burgers were dry no salad or buttered bun, not even a drop of sauce.... the "steak burger" is a cheap powdery chicken burger which was a huge disappointment also. Overall very gutted as was greatly looking forward to it... never again 👎🏼

I've ordered from here a couple of times now and only once have I actually received my order. Every other time they have cancelled 5 - 10 minutes before my collection/delivery time. Funny considering I drive past shortly after and see other people leaving with food.

This place had very slow delivery time and after all the waiting the food wasn't much better. Dry chicken and chips that looked like they'd been through WW2 although the gravy was quite nice so there's that. Wouldn't recommend trying also the delivery driver tried to steal a drink which is always a bit of a bad sign.

Best chips by far, no black heads no skin no waist and exellent portions, they take the time and make the effort to make perfect chips removing every blemish from high quality potatoes before frying , I ride a mountain bike at least once a week from Newport just for the chips, they are that good 👋

Had fish and chips from here a couple of days ago and it was really lovely 🙂
The shop was clean and tidy and the chap who served me was friendly and polite.
Would definitely go back again.
