Pisces Fish Bar

Gluten free fish, chips, peas and a can of pop for £8.50. Good portion size. Fish was spot on, crispy and full of flavour. Chips..... proper chippy chips, fluffy and cooked spot on. Peas were proper peas, none of this sloppy watered down nonsense. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place sooner. I will be back.

The owner was really knowledgeable and friendly. While I was there lots of locals came in and out and it seemed like he knew them all and they all had nice things to say about the food. My partner is coeliac so it was great to know that all the fish was gluten free and suitable for her. Massive portions and really nice food.

Great gluten free fish and chips that are safe for coeliacs as they are cooked separately to gluten containing items. We will definitely visit again.

My favourite takeaway in the area. Food is very fresh tasting and always piping hot. Owner is very friendly, knowledgable and chatty. The fishes are always large with a nice tasting batter, you get your choice between cod or haddock - the burgers are great here too. Always a good meal here. Highly recommended. 5*
