I ordered the beef burger and the taste is just ok, nothing special. As for the chips, it is very crispy and the portion size is quite big. My friends ordered the Scampi and the fish and chips. Both are better than the beef burger but still the taste is just ok. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the store surrounded with some good vibes 👍🏻

Still the best fish and chips in UK! Friendly staff!
4 stars just because the mushy peas used to be homemade and buttery. Now is just standard ready to eat. Apart from that the fish was perfect and chips were crunchy.

Amazing fish and chips here, I had the haddock which was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of batter, which was also had the right amount of crunch.

I ordered the regular chips and got enough to feed a family!

And the gravy is incredible, lovely and thick!

Food was amazing. Chips were cooked to perfection and the chicken pie was full of flavour.
Wife is gluten free and she had plenty of options to pick from as they use a separate fryer.

We had fish and chips and drinks. The server was polite and cheerful. The shop was lovely and clean although as it was a lovely day we chose to have take out. Both the fish and chips were cooked to order, which meant a short wait, but it was well worth it. They were delicious.

Not a bad experience at all, good service, welcoming evironment and a good variety of things to eat.
We ordered a portion of fish and chips, a portion of onion rings, a gravy and curry sauce, one cider and one half pine beer.
Overall the taste was good, the chips are really great but if there is one thing I want to say that wasn't that good was the oily taste and texture of the onion rings and a bit for the fish. Probably I ate too fast and didn't waited enough for them to cool, but was hungry.
Reccomending the curry sauce and the cidre. 4/5 but will come again.

The few times I've been was because other places were closed and they offer gluten free fish and chips everyday, which is great.

Unfortunately I have found it to be overpriced, small portions and really greasy. We all know what we're in for when getting a chippy but it's so heavy it makes it unpleasant.
This time the chips weren't too bad actually, the last time they forgot to pack the chips and before that I can only remember them being mediocre at best.
The mushy peas were very tasty though.

Travel from Coventry for this fish and chips. Always menu is always tasty with high quality fish. Service always friendly and quick. Maybe a little bit on the pricey side but it's worth it. 5 stars.
