Lovely traditional fish and chip shop. Had haddock, chips and mushy peas, the fish was cooked really well and some of the nicest mushy peas I've had from a takeaway. Recommended.

We arrived with a complicated order for 8 people. We were served quickly, and our order was written down before being read back to check (sounds simple, but so many places wouldn't bother). The food was served quickly, exactly matched our order, and was delicious.

I've just thoroughly enjoyed the best chicken curry and chips I've had for years ... my other half had fish ( haddock ) he's usually very fussy but cleaned his plate no problem. Well done for such brilliant service and outstanding food .

Only one type of fish on offer, Haddock. Lots of other stuff available. Had better, but was okay.
