Scrumps Traditional Fish & Chips

Stuck down the hospital waiting for my mate and just had fresh lovely chips and a crispy Sausage and batter.

Didn't come up for air and the food was lush.

Will be coming back for more if I'm in the area.

Always fresh, tasty and well priced. 3 cod, a large chips and a large curry sauce feeds our little family of 3 for under 20 quid. Great stuff. Fish cooked to order in a lovely light batter. Lemon offered with the fish. Always friendly staff. My only wish is that they would take cards. I know there's a cost involved, but in today's world I find myself using the cashpoint just to get dinner here.

They were amazing! They sponsor Llantrisant RFC and tonight at prime time on a Friday they made us 75 sausages and 25 large bags of chips. All whilst serving their regular customers. Excellent service and friendly too!

Have had food from here now quite few times and they have never let me or colleges down food has been spot on every time, also staff a friendly and also have food ready for me to pick up as i downt get alot of time on brake.

Always great food. Cod bites are the best.

Hot as to being just cooked unfortunately the fish was a little dry, maybe I come from a fishing town it a lot fresher

My mother's favourite local chip shop. My parents loved fish and chips on a Friday from scrumps and since my father past away I've tried to keep here tradition going enjoying Friday fish and chips with her. The fish is beautiful the batter is light, large portions at a good price.
Highly recommend a visit.
