Lovely woman helped my son get a millapead and gave him lots of information on how to care for it. She showed us all the insects and helped us choose what was right for us. Great pet shop and would definitely recommend. Thank you

The Staff are always helpful and have a good selection of everything you may need for fishkeeping and reptiles. Bought my 2 Dart Frogs from here and the staff always ask how they are.

What a fantastic place. I needed fish for my water feature and all three grandchildren were with me to choose one each!! The staff were brilliant, so helpful and knowledgeable. The children loved looking at all the fish, birds, reptiles and bunny! We will definately be going back. Thoroughly recommend using this gem of a place.

Just wanted to say what a lovely shop and staff very helpful. I’m new with my tropical fish tank and I got really good advise and all the essentials I needed plus fish. Highly recommend this place I don’t shop anywhere else now for anything I need. Lovely place

Only docked one star because it’s kind of messy and grungy inside. They have an amazing selection of insects to buy. I did buy a cat toy from them once and it was so old it was rusted. That was a bit shocking. They also sell lots of aquarium tools and aquatic plants.

The staff were incredible tonight when we had an issue with our ceramic bulb holder especially as we called 10 mins before they closed. They sorted a replacement and even waited round for us to go collect it
