Springrock Fishery

Outstandingly well kept fishery. Fabulous setting, fish are in A1 condition & plenty of them. Margin fishing seems to be doing the trick at present but some great fish being caught at long range also. Our thanks to the owner Andy Griffiths for a really pleasant camping/fishing weekend.

Lovely little campsite, with new shower and toilet block. Set in the middle of nowhere (but the Severn arms is 20min walk or two minutes drive away, nice food and beer) surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. Kites and buzzard's in the day time and owls, newts and toads of an evening, the sounds are wonderful. It is also close to a dark skies area so the star show is wonderful. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore. The fishing lake is full of good sized carp, did not fish but seen plenty on the top, taking floating pellet even though it was very cold. The owner is on site most of the time and if not just a phonecall away. He could not have been more helpfully or welcoming. He was happy to chat and very enthusiastic about his fishery and campsite, would recommend to couples and families who enjoy getting away from it all🙂

Just back from THE MOST peaceful camping trip ever!!! The site is immaculate!! The owners are fantastic! Approachable but not intrusive.
Amazing shower/toliet block. Stunning views. Quite, calm and peaceful....just the perfect break away camping! We loved it so much we have just booked to stay in one of their pods in a few weeks time!! Can not wait to go back!

Stayed for 3 nights in our motorhome. It is a fantastic site in a beautiful setting with lovely views. The facilities are excellent and always found them really clean. Probably the best site we have stayed on and I would definately recommend and look forward to returning

Great place to go fishing, nice big carp here, even a few koi

Recently spent a few nights here what a lovely lake with some cracking features and well maintained lake, pods are very clean and come with a tv, heater and fridge, the lake was fishing hard but we come away with 2 lovely carp 16lb & 22lb, Andy the owner is a very welcoming person and always happy to help we will be returning 5stars

All at the site were very welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Toilets and showers aren't too farb from the fishing pools.

Andy is happy to share his knowledge of the pool.

I will be back and I will stay in a pod next time for more than 1 night.

I only managed 1 fish through the night, but it was a healthy 9lber in immaculate condition. Obviously well looked after.

Lovely peaceful site, beautiful views, and really friendly owners. Showers were a bit costly but were immaculately clean. Would definitely return.
