I was apprehensive about starting training but with Xandra at my side its been a fun, educational and a supportive experience. Sessions are tailored made to my needs, always a little different and I’ve made great progress. I’m listened to, sessions are paced for me, my goals and health, I can really say that if you are looking for someone who “gets you” in a way that isn’t threatening then Xandra comes highly recommended! I love her 1-1’s!

Xandra’s Sunday morning boxercise classes are a great work out and for all abilities, whether your new or a regular. Xandra is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The ladies that attended are also lovely.
I also have PT sessions which are a great price and so enjoyable. I find this style of work out keeps me motivated and excited to come back.

I have been training with Xandra regularly for the past few months.
Xandra is a professional and kind person that knows exactly how to adjust to everybody’s needs and requirements.
Training is always a pleasure and I am already noticing the difference in my fitness levels and body shape.
I would highly recommend to anybody that would like to get fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

I signed up for a short boxercise course not really sure what to expect. It has been so fun and Xandra makes it so accessible for all of us at our different levels of experience and fitness. I am definitely going to carry on.
