I have been going to Critical Fitness Training for over two years. It is EXCELLENT and I thoroughly recommend it to all. Greg is always enthusiastic, very motivating, even early in the morning. Every single time I go we have had a different mix of exercises to do in the gym or outside. That makes it interesting. But most importantly is that although it is demanding, Greg is great at welcoming people with all levels of fitness and goals in mind. Nobody judges, there are no gym-bores, you push yourself and with his encouragement go at your own pace. Nobody gets left out. Also with top banter, he makes you laugh and smile while pushing yourself hard. My fitness levels have improved dramatically and at the end of every session you feel great with a real sense of achievement. So all in all, it is a big thumbs up from me. Keep it up Greg!

I initially started with a 6 week boot camp course to loose weight before my holiday last June. The 6 weeks was successful and Greg is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge, whom makes the sessions enjoyable and fun. Prior to joining CFT I was an avid gym goer but struggled with cardio, however attending CFT has improved my fitness, body composition and also my confidence. Greg has a variety of different classes that you can choose from and attend, so he caters for all your fitness goals.
Some people tend it find it hard to joining a gym as it’s quiet a daunting experience, however Greg will make you feel very welcome and he has grown a good fitness family whom will also make you feel welcome. So come along and join, your first sessions FREE!! You won’t regret it.

I have been going to CFT for about 2 years. I started with one session a week but enjoyed it so much have increased to 3 a week and have seen noticeable difference in fitness, energy levels and weight.

Classes are always fun and Greg is careful ensure everyone works to their own fitness levels but pushes you that little bit more than your mind thinks possible.

The 545 am class is a challenge to get up for but well worth it as sets you up for the day ahead.

Great bunch of people and would recommend to anyone.

I have been attending Critical Fitness Training since March and this has changed my entire life! I am now 3 stone lighter and the fittest I have ever been. I have achieved milestones I never believed, such as running a 15 mile race last month, whereas before attending I could barely run 3!

If you are looking to change your life Critical Fitness Training is the place for you. There is a very friendly environment with everyone being supportive and no two classes being the same, so it never gets boring. I cannot recommend CFT enough.

I have been going to Critical Fitness Training since July 18 and have to say Greg is brilliant. Been trying and failing to shift some weight on and off for about 5 years, come to greg and I am a stone and half down in less than 10 months. His workout classes are second to none, every session is different so keeps it interesting and fun. Greg's PT sessions are brutal whilst being fun and functional. Haven't got a bad word to say about Greg, until the burpee challenge comes out to play!!! Cheers mate, can't wait for the next stone and a half!!

I have been attending CFT boot camps for over 8 years now and I can honestly say this is the most dedicated I have been to any exercise programme. I have visibly seen a real change to my fitness levels and body shape over the years which continues to motivate me. No two sessions are ever the same, making each session a new challenge. My boot camp buddies are another reason I enjoy the sessions each week, there are a real mix of age, fitness levels and personalities and we have a lot of fun. I can highly recommend coming along you will not regret it.

I have been with the CFT Family since 2013 which as part of running training it has given my fitness a huge boost with enabling me to achieve PBs at 5km & 10km distance, while also completing a couple of Marathons.

The sessions are different each week which Greg ensures all levels of fitness are pushed, while also maintaining a fun environment which makes you want to come back for more 👊

I've been going a year now, and the experience has been great - feel fitter than I have for years, lost weight, and met some great people.

Would strongly recommend CFT for anyone of any age and any fitness level - Greg and Hollie encourage you and are really good trainers, and the group are really friendly.

A great experience and strongly recommended.
