Only came across this studio by joining up to MoveGB. Since joining I've been to quite a few yoga sessions, with different instructors and I must say, all have been brilliant. The studio is the perfect place to unwind and escape the bustle, but the sessions themselves can be challenging. I always look forward to coming here and it's now part of my weekly health and fitness schedule. Fab!

Nice little studio with a good range of fitness and yoga classes and friendly staff. The fitness classes in particular are excellent. Barre and Method are very challenging and got me well out of my comfort zone!

The studio is clean and well-maintained. I have attended Barre with Stephanie on a Saturday which is a great workout. The instructor is helpful and pushes you to challenge yourself. It is an upbeat class with great music.

Studio One is the ideal local yoga, pliates and work out studio. The classes are always great in clean and calm space at really convenient times to slot in with a busy working life. I could not recommend more highly!

Great little local fitness studio with a warm feel. Classes are small and personal with great trainers. Easy to sign up online and the introduction deal for £50 is excellent value.

The studio itself and the class I had were really good. Barre class is a killer, but in a good sense. The place has its own atmosphere, there’s not much space, but all is clean and fresh. The only problem I identified was that there’s no showers and towers. So don’t plan HIIT class unless you’re heading straight home after the workout.

Yoga with Marco on Friday nights is the best start to a weekend anyone could ask for. He's got a great hands-on adjustment style, and I always leave feeling like I pushed myself to get in the poses to the max of my ability. It's not an easy class, but a great one if you're working on strength and breathing through the effort. Working with Marco I have really seen major improvement over the last year, and I'd highly recommend this class!

Excellent barre sculpt! Set of dynamic and rewarding exercises completed in an amazingly warm atmosphere is the best kind of workout. This is a great alternative to going to the gym, I highly this for people who like me struggle with normal cardio/fitness.
