Clean gym that’s mostly pretty quiet with a wide variety of gym equipment. Wish there was a peleton bike or something similar and the only other downside is that compared to the modern and slick interior, the bathrooms are a little outdated. The staff are very friendly and the PT’s check in on you regardless of whether you have booked with them or not.

Gyms decent for what it is, just try and avoid working out when a certain gym worker with glasses (who has been mentioned in the reviews already) is walking around on a power trip shouting at ppl. You can tell people to put their weights away without aggressive behaviour.
Plus the Wi-Fi rarely works

This gym is extremely overcrowded and very messy compared to other “the gym group” branches.

The free weights area nothing is ever in order you got to hunt for the weight you want which is very time consuming and even when you find it no one gives it to you!

The men’s changing room is extremely smelly and has mould growing in it which is a serious sign of health and safety.

If you are in the area I would recommend going to the feltham branch it is much more organised and cleaner.

If this was a few months ago, it would've been an easy 5 stars. The value proposition is unmatched. However, nowadays the gym is extremely overcrowded, making any meaningful workout impossible to do.

It’s a good gym facility. Equipment is well maintained and good precautions are taken care to ensure it’s hygienic. It’s 25*7 facility except for bank holidays. Do look for offers to get a waiver on joining fee

Going through a heart break? Battling Demons in your head? Or you just wanna get in shape?. Then this the right place. A gym is a gym but a 24 hour gym is just mwuah. Busy in the day but at night the place is great. See you all about and let's be better than who were yesterday.

It is not very spacious. Too many equipments in too little space. No studios for classes. Just a section of the floor dedicated for both classes and independent floor workouts.

There are rumours that there are noise complaints from a resident in the building. So instead of investing on improving the infrastructure, they cancelled Zumba classes. Zumba was the only class that ran full. They would lose more members over time.

Overall a less than average gym. Only convenient thing for me is it’s location as I live in the same building. Also, I loved the Zumba classes.
But I will soon terminate my membership. I have been a member of golds gym and pure gym before I moved to London. Both gyms are far better than the Gym group!
