It can be super intimidating deciding to hire a PT/ coach but sessions at Mindfull fitness have been the best decision I've made. Cos is so positive, friendly and motivating regardless of what step you are at in your journey. His approach to the journey as a whole (your fitness, health and your mindset) is what sets him apart from all other PTs. He is realistic about life and its ultimate goal, to better yourself wholly and not just physically.

I would definitely recommend!!

Started training with mindful fitness about a year ago and it’s honestly changed my perspective of nutrition and exercise completely and for the better. Cos is patient and takes into consideration how I’m personally feeling on the day and will adjust how heavy or light we train that day taking all into consideration. Would recommend to anyone looking to get in shape or who wants to improve and adjust their mindset around exercise 😊

Great style of training! Helped me a lot to understand the exercises and the importance of proper diet ! It is really fun to work with him and i actually look forward to my sessions. Ive had several PT over the years and not one was as dedicated and professional as Cos - I highly recommend him!

Working with Cos has been an 11/10 experience. Not only is Cos one of the most friendly, inclusive and supportive individuals I've worked with, he's also an expert in his craft who's helped me make huge progress towards my fitness goals.

I massively appreciate the effort Cos puts into designing sessions that align to my goals whilst keeping things fun and enjoyable, as well as all the advice Cos shares whenever required to help me keep progressing.

Overall, Cos' approach and general perspective is something I've benefitted a lot from. The private studio has a great vibe, and having access to all the equipment on-demand means we're able to get a massive amount done during the sessions which is super productive and perfect for my schedule.

To anyone considering taking their fitness journey to the next level, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Cos as a coach to help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and very well supported way.

I didn’t know if a personal trainer was for me but from the moment I started with Cos I felt comfortable and supported. He is very motivational and has a natural positive attitude that engages you even on the days you don’t feel like it! If you are looking for a supportive trainer that is genuinely concerned about your well being then he’s you man!

I have been training with Cos at Mindfull fitness and have enjoyed every session! Not only does he help with the exercise aspect of fitness, he also takes time to talk about mental health and nutrition with each client! The PT sessions are fun but also challenging and push me to achieve more progress week on week, I feel much stronger for it! Would 100% recommend

Fun, effective fitness.

I find gyms quite daunting so Coach Cos' philosophy of mental wellness
along with the option to train with a friend, is what drew me to Mindfull Fitness. Coach Cos adapts our exercises to both our specific abilities so that we can train together whilst pushing ourselves individually to reach our goals. Along with the fun that partner training brings, I always leave feeling stronger, mentally and physically.

I have absolutely loved my time with Mindfull Fitness. Coach Cos has really helped getting me back into a healthy mindset after lockdown. When you get to the gym, it really does feel like a safe space for you to come and exercise in and always is tidy and clean. After all the sessions I have had with Coach Cos, I am left feeling uplifted. Would 100% recommend!!
