Favourite workout in London! Absolutely love the Dance Cardio and Full Body classes. I always leave feeling exhausted but invigorated. It's rare to find a workout that is as high energy and challenging but also fun and rewarding - you don't realise how hard you are working in class because you're having so much fun! All of the trainers are exceptionally talented, the staff are super friendly and welcoming and the studio is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend Body By Simone London to anyone looking for a refreshing approach to working out in London.

I have found the quality and professionalism of the studio to be outstanding in every way. It is beautifully designed, equipped and clean to a consistent ly high standard with great showers! The classes are amazing...such a great balance for fitness, facilitated by the most amazing team of dance and fitness experts who couldn't be more motivating, knowledgeable and supportive. This is a gem of a place, with a beautiful welcoming and dedicated front desk team. I absolutely recommend it.

I initially came to BBS with my sister because we wanted to try a fun and different way of working out. I never would have anticipated that I would find my new favorite cardio workout, as well as such an amazing community of supportive men and women.

First of all, the location is extremely accessible and easy to get to. It's only a 5 minute walk from Camden Town station and there are several bus stops close by. After buzzing in from the street and passing through their front doors, you are immediately greeted by some of the friendliest FOH people I have ever met. The team that Caitriona (the studio manager) has assembled is amazing! They are so on top of welcoming you in, explaining the workouts and the spaces to any newcomers, and helping you get prepared for class, whether its filling up your water bottle and grabbing you a towel for your class or ordering your post-workout smoothie, they make sure you are fully prepared for what is ahead.

When you take a BBS class, get ready for a lot of great music and high energy. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes before, but these were generally spin classes such as Psycle where you are essentially in the dark and trying to move together as a group. Here the lights are on and they want you to embrace you and for you to just have an amazing time - find your inner child and just move, no judgements and no egos. I've taken classes with every instructor and every class is different. It truly keeps you excited and wanting to come back for more. Not only are the routines and the exercises fun and tough, but these instructors are so personable and caring. They make an effort to make you feel comfortable and get to know you as individuals, which only aids in that great class experience.

I can't say enough about these classes because I truly love BBS and how much fun it is, but I think what truly just brings them over the top is the amazing staff. I've never felt this sense of genuine kindness and community from any other workout facility. They are an amazing group of people who are so dedicated and caring, and you can truly feel that with every interaction - - this only keeps you wanting to come back over and over again for more!

I can’t recommend BBS enough! The classes (I’ve tried 3 of the 5 workouts on multiple occasions) are super fun but also a tough and effective (ie high calorie burn) workout. The instructors have an amazing energy (I especially like Charlie and Becksy), the studio is beautiful and the girls on the front desk are lovely and super welcoming!

I've done the trampoline class a couple of times and its awesome - really tough workout but lots of fun and the trainers I've had (Camille and Charlie) were both great! I definitely recommend signing up and experiencing this amazing workout for yourself!

I Love Love LOVE working out at body by Simone, the classes are so much fun but at the same time so effective, I could never imagine that I will loose so much weight and feel this good, I highly recommend it, the studio is beautiful the trainers are amazing all professional dancers, I wish more people find out about Simone De la Rue and her amazing technique for giving you a beautiful dancer body!.
