Since training with Jack it’s the first time i’ve enjoyed training. I started training regularly with Jack in the lead up to my wedding last July. I see Jack for both bootcamp and personal training sessions. Time passes quickly and the sessions are varied. He also provides a rounded service, focusing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I’m definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted. I have become a lot fitter and stronger and feel more and more confident.

I train with Jack on a weekly basis with a few others. His sessions are always challenging and keep us engaged. He always has a plan but is happy to modify the sessions to suit the weather, our energy levels or ability. He can provide nutrition and training advice to gain results outside of his sessions too. A motivated, energetic trainer who I would highly recommend

I have been training with Jack for 18 months or more. I enjoy his sessions, he works hard to make them varied, challenging and I always feel like I've had a great workout.
He also trains my 11 year old son, who is in a football academy. Jack has been inspirational in his development, and my son really enjoys his sessions with Jack and looks up to him and listens to his advice. Jack puts him through his paces believe me .He would have more sessions if time permitted.

Jack Elliott was my personal trainer in the lead up to my wedding and I have attended his Social Fitness sessions following the birth of my daughter. Jack is brilliant. As my PT he set tough, but realistic goals and provided a dietary plan to follow as well. The sessions were hard work and high intensity, and the results were simply amazing - I hit all my goals and more. The Social Fitness sessions live up to their name - a great group of people, combining laughs and hard work, but still with a personalised feel to them. The boxercise sessions are particularly brilliant.

I’ve been training with Jack for nearly 9 months and could not be happier. I’ve been previously training with other PTs in Central London, but none was nearly as good. Jack immediately realised where my muscles imbalances and weaknesses have been and worked on a program to improve them. His in-depth knowledge is very impressive. What I also appreciate is that no session is the same. He varies the exercises so it does not get boring even after so many sessions.

I first met Jack in Pitshanger Park 2 years ago whilst he was instructing a personal training session. Since then, I have undertaken countless bootcamps and boxercise classes. All have been engaging, motivating, exciting, different, but most importantly, pushing me out of my comfort zone to achieve my goals. From this, I decided to sign up to Jack's personal training sessions. Each session is new and works different parts of the body. They are challenging but individually tailored to meet my needs. Suffering from extreme sciatica issues, Jack tailored a program that would rehabilitate my sciatic nerves whilst also ensuring I reach my maximum potential. He sets homework each work, trusting that I will complete it, ensuring liability and responsibility but also installing the knowledge needed to progress towards my goals faster and more successfully. Jack's professionalism, approach and knowledge to fitness and health continue to motivate me. The journey isn't easier, but knowing that Jack is there with support, guidance and enthusiasm makes it a whole lot easier! Thanks Jack!

UPDATE: I recently started doing personal training with Jack which also includes putting me on a nutrition plan - This is not about dieting but a lifestyle change. The plan includes recommendation of use of supplements like MOA superfoods which has really helped me feel a lot better, stronger and more focused. I've not only lost weight but am feeling a lot stronger. Jack's very knowledgable and manages my knee injury very well. On top of that he's great at checking in with you to see how you're doing and keeps you motivated as I'm sure something we all struggle with.

I have been training with Jack for a few months now and already feel a massive difference in how I feel and also physically.

He is a great trainer and makes sure that you work to your abilities but still pushes you so that you are getting a good workout .

He has a great knowledge of the body and how it reacts to different exercises. Each sessions is different everytime so no chance of getting bored.

Highly recommend it.

I’ve been seeing Jack for weekly personal training sessions for about 8 months following the birth of my daughter. I find sessions with him reallly engaging and challenging but most of all I love the way I never get bored as Jack changes the routine throughout the session and week to week. His style of teaching keeps you on your toes and there’s never a moment to get bored. I’ve definitely seen results whilst working with Jack and like that he also provides nutritional advice. My sessions with Jack have permanently changed my attitude towards exercise - I used to dread it whilst now I look forward to it and I’ve got Jack to thank for that. He is a friendly, organised and dedicated trainer
and I highly recommend trying out his sessions.

Follow up recommendation pre and post second pregnancy: Jack supported me throughout my second pregnancy up till about 38 weeks when I took a break, and afterwards from about 10 weeks post partum. He knew his stuff when it came to what was safe or not and I really felt in good hands, with Jack taking no risks.
Seeing jack regularly kept me in great shape throughout my pregnancy and this in turn helped me have a good labour as I was fit and had stamina. Post birth, I had diastasis recti and again Jack took great care to make sure I was doing the right exercises and doing nothing to make the condition worse. We worked slowly towards regaining my strength and it felt great to be getting back to fitness, whilst taking care not to cause more issues with my abs. His help with nutrition was also appreciated and I felt supported to make gradual and sustainable changes in my diet.

I would really recommend working with Jack for pregnant women who want to stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancies and after.
