Liam has been brilliant in helping me to achieve my goals. The training plans have been both fun and specific to me. He always responds fast to any queries and always with lots of motivation. Would highly recommend Liam to anyone, no matter what your goal. If you follow his advice you will, like me, see results.

Liam totally understood my mindset and how to push and when to push me. He easily anticipated when I’d feel a dip in energy or focus and adjusted to it before we even started - so I felt completely safe in his sympathetic but strict hands! Importantly for me he has a deep understanding of women over 40 - their bodies and mind - and the stresses of busy working mothers - in a way that other PTs generally ignore. I have been back to Liam a couple of times and he is a brilliant motivator.

Before starting with Liam, I was out of shape and insecure about how I looked and how unfit I was. I wasn’t the most unfit person in the world but I was never happy with my fitness. I decided to do a taster session with Liam where we talked goals and he went through some initial bits with me. I was sold straight away and never looked back. Liam has literally changed my life! I am now much fitter, stronger and in better shape than ever - I’m also motivated to keep pushing myself and increase my fitness levels further.

Not only will Liam give you a great exercise plan to follow, he will give you all the tools to succeed. He helps you make small lifestyle changes which, when combined with eating better and training hard, will genuinely chang your life. He will also explain everything you’re doing, so that you have the understanding as to why you’re doing it.

Previously, I always found that I had bursts of motivation, but Liam keeps me extremely motivated at all times with weekly check ins and other great online content. This was a game changer for me!

Liam is extremely flexible and will adapt to suit your goals and your life (which let’s be honest can be hectic at times). Liam’s feedback is also extremely detailed and he will point things out that you wouldn’t even notice. I honestly cannot stress how important all of this has been for my journey.

Overall, Liam is a fantastic coach and will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed and improve your life. At the start of the year, I was out of shape and was out of breath going up the stairs at work. Now, I’m in much better shape and am even considering entering races and competitions like Hyrox - I wouldn’t have even thought about things like this at the start of the year.

Thank you Liam - you’ve changed my life for the better!

Liam is very easy to get on with and when I first started with him about 10 months ago I had quite a serious shoulder injury that severely limited my movement and strength. We were given a recovery program from a friendly Physio he knows and we started with that program mixed. I enjoy my Monday's and Friday's with him and still get a lot out of the sessions and know I am still improving and increasing my strength and health (although life sometimes gets in the way). I would encourage you to give Liam a call whatever your situation is. If he can he will find a way of building a program that will work.

After a very difficult period in my life, I was referred to Aspire Oxford. Aspire is an organisation that helps people to move forward in life. Being a qualified PT myself, Aspire invited me to join their fitness classes, one being a Boxfit class that Liam was coaching. From the first boxing class I attended, I was hooked. Liam is an amazing instructor. I had never done any boxing before and the way Liam put me at ease and patiently taught me and others in the class boxing techniques kept us coming back week after week. His ability to relay his knowledge, by showing correct boxing techniques, explaining foot positioning and hip movement and why it’s important in boxing kept me interested and a passion to learn more. His classes were never the same, always challenging us with new combinations, combined with cardio and core strength, and all in all very well structured. I always felt I’d had a really good workout and ready to face the day!

Around a year of attending his Boxfit classes, I decided to do a boxing coach course myself which Liam always encouraged me to do. I achieved a Hatton Academy Fundamentals and Advanced qualification. Sadly, a few months ago Liam had to make the decision to leave the Boxfit class. He spoke to me about this and in the weeks following trained me up to take over as coach. He made me feel confident enough to believe I can do it and have now been the coach for the last 6 weeks.

Without Liams brilliant coaching, training, and understanding I would never have imagined I would be taking over from Liam as the next Boxfit coach.

The attached photos tell you all you need to know about Liam Louth PT.

The first is in Oct 2019, and shows me half way through a 22k Spartan Race, my left knee get more swollen by the minute where 8k earlier I landed badly whilst going over an 8ft wall.

The second is the X-rays in July 2020 after the ACL reconstruction. The injury from the fall turned out to be far worse than I thought, and explains the 5 1/2 hour finish time.

The third is in May 21, me throwing a spanner in the works by spraining my ankle after clearing my entire set of stairs at home in one leap!

The forth is me in Oct 2021, completely smashing my Spartan race for the stroke association, in memory of my mother, just 15 months after my ACL surgery.

The first, second and third were inevitable, I never have, and probably never will grow old gracefully, but the forth… would of never, could of never happened, without the patience, encouragement and awesome training program put together by Liam.

Liam understood how important the race was to me, and even when I sprained my ankle, he adapted the sessions, to make sure I didn’t miss out on valuable trading time. Thanks Liam, you’re a legend.

Really positive experience of working with Liam. I’ve lost weight, got stronger and improved my flexibility - whilst enjoying the sessions. As well as the gym sessions, Liam’s advice has helped me make sustainable changes in my lifestyle and diet. Strongly recommend Liam to anyone looking for a PT!

I joined with Liam just over three months ago and what I have achieved in those few months has far surpassed my expectations.
My original goal was overall fat loss, and with a tailored programme, and regular check-ins and sessions with Liam, I got to my target. Since then, Liam has worked with me, tailoring my programme to focus on areas I want to improve on.
The hybrid model Liam offers works perfectly for me, as I can get my sessions in after work, and know that Liam is continuing to check my progress with our weekly check-ins.
Liam is very professional and a great motivator, and really does listen to your goals to make sure your programme is tailored to you and your goals completely. I have 100% felt supported and motivated both in our 1 on 1 sessions, and my solo sessions.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Liam to anyone wanting to improve any aspects of their fitness, or just starting out on their fitness journey. Thank you Liam.
