I have never been a gym fan. Actually I think I have wasted tons of money in gym membership throughout my life, until I met Steve. I love his classes: I feel exhausted at the end, but I also feel stronger, more powerful and optimistic about my ability to keep young. If you are looking for a fun, intense and very enjoyable Pilates class, Steve has to be your trainer.

I have participated in countless Pilates classes with Steve and I can't imagine a better instructor. He is encouraging, motivating, supportive, helpful and brings fun to the classes too. They work well in person as well as virtually and Steve has worked hard to ensure this.

I've been going to Steve's classes for well over 10 years now both in the studio and now virtually and I absolutely love them. Every class is different and they are always fun and as challenging as you want to make them.
Steve gives very clear instructions and demonstrates all the exercises, whilst tailoring them to suit all abilities.
He also checks everyone's screens on his monitors, to make sure the exercises are being done correctly and that everyone is OK.
He's such a great guy and he takes time to get to know peoples strengths and weaknesses and there's always some good banter!
Steve is one of the most decent and motivational people you could ever meet and I can't recommend him enough. Definitely 5* in my opinion! :-)

Took up studio Pilates with Steve pre pandemic and having been doing virtual classes since. These are excellent and fun - Steve is very helpful, including managing variations on exercises for me following a shoulder op, and he has fostered a real sense of friendship and camaraderie even with a virtual class. I have really benefited from joining this group, and was very impressed by how well we have moved to a virtual environment

Motivational, professional, knowledgeable… I can’t recommend Steve highly enough. His support, advice and encouragement for my ultra-endurance fundraising challenges (last year included South Downs Way 100mile ultra-marathon and the legendary Marathon des Sables across the Sahara and numerous marathons) has been indispensable. The two virtual Pilates classes I do with Steve each week are now sacrosanct and an integral part of my routine, not just for running but also overall wellness. Participants are a true mix of shapes, sizes and ages - they are always fun and engaging and I love the convenience of doing from home. Steve also supports my additional 1:1 strength and conditioning training - as an accomplished athlete himself, he has a real understanding of my personal needs.

I have been doing Steve's classes for almost 6 years now, both in person and virtually thorough the pandemic, they have been amazing, Steve really structures the classes differently every time to keep you engaged and its definitely a good workout on all muscle groups. He is also very conscious of any injuries and will adapt for you, and just give great advice for outside of classes too. Its always a pleasure to join Steve's classes.

I have worked with Steve for over 20 years, being part of his classes at the local gym, in my workplace and now virtually, from my living room! With Steve you know you will always get a tough, varied workout, and great banter.
He gets to know all his clients well, knows what their capabilities are and how far to push them physically, he builds great relationships and I know my strength is improving every day as a result of his pilates classes.
I highly recommend giving a training session with Steve a try - you won't regret it - he's a genuine, down to earth guy who will always support your health and wellness.

I have been doing Pilates classes with Steve for about 2 years now, and he was the perfect coach to ease me into doing sports. I was a total beginner and didn't know what to do, and Steve was great at taking time to explain, coach, and build my physical strength to what it is today. He is also a very likeable person which makes the sessions more engaging.
