Staff are friendly and welcoming, the little cafe is handy especially for the little ones! The downside is the changing rooms, they really aren't very nice, they don't seem clean at all and very dated. If the changing rooms were improved (drastically!) it would be a great leisure centre.

Terrible place!! Management staff are unpleasant. A woman I’m guessing the person in charge was belittling to a younger team member who looked like she was new. There was a tall redheaded gentleman who was the lifeguard he was very polite and helpful to my grandkids.

I took my little boy swimming here for the first time and he loved it! Great pool, friendly staff and free parking.

Friendly staff, good facilities. Sometimes the steam room doesn't work well and the hot tub can be closed for maintenance. Classes are good

Love coming here. The staff are very friendly. The only minor issue I got is I wish there was more public swimming 🏊♂️ sessions available for the general public especially in the mornings and midday times. The swimming pool is in partnership with local schools, so I am aware the school have classes run during the day for students. I understand young people need to learn how to swim at some point. But I struggle getting late morning or midday public swimming sessions as they close the pool off for private use.

It's a good gym and spa for what you pay. The bad thing is the parents who pick up kids from the school use the parking facilities so there's no parking for gym users from 2.30 to 3.45pm
