Curves Ilkeston

Joined Curves 2 weeks ago and loving it. Coaches are great and very friendly. 30 minutes and your done. Love the fact that it's ladies only and that each piece of equipment works on different parts of your body. Once your induction is done you can go as and when you want, no booking required. All ages welcome. Everybody really friendly. As I belong to Slimming World, this works well for me with regards to body magic. Can't recommend Curves enough.

The coaches, at Curves are so supportive and friendly. Being a ladies only gym appealed to me. The ladies are so friendly and made me feel welcome. I've never really liked exercising but I'm finding I enjoy going to Curves, it's only half an hour out of my day and the circuit is designed to work all my muscles. I feel so much better afterwards knowing I have done something that is just for me.

Stop worrying and walk through those doors. I was worried four years ago but took the plunge and walked through those door quite apprehensive not knowing what to find. I’m still a member and love going to Curves. It’s a fantastic place just for women with a great atmosphere that’s not intimidating. The coaches are great and keep encouraging us, even if we don’t always feel like a workout after a stressful day. They always have a smile on their faces for us and you will meet a great bunch of ladies at the same time.

Curves Ilkeston is an amazing and inspiring place for women. The coaches are extremely supportive. This is a ladies only gym which I can whole heartedly recommend.

Have now been 14 times and this is just a great place to go and keep fit. The team of coaches are so encouraging and friendly and there are regular challenges to get involved with and keep momentum going. Thoroughly recommended.

Well! If you're thinking of joining a gym do not look any further! I walked into this gym in January 2020 (that's the hardest step by the way) and I haven't looked back since. I wasn't unfit and was used to gyms and exercise classes but had got in a rut. This one is brilliant. You are permanently motivated but more than that the staff care for you. Genuinely. The quality of workouts to be done at home during Lockdown were outstanding, but today went back for the first time. Could not have felt safer, yet also felt it was back to normality. The joy of this gym is no booking, get in, done within 35 minutes and out again. There are all ages, all sizes, all sorts of women. It's not stereotype at all. If you want to be pushed you are. If you're less confident then they work with you. Recommend this gym unreservedly. Just join!
