I highly recommend Charlie Fardon. After several non successful medical interventions and injections for lower back and hip ache , I contacted Charlie Fardon ; who had helped a good friend of mine . We worked together for over a year on correcting my poor posture through hip strengthening exercises and gradual stretching to align my hips , My posture improved vastly and on Charlie s advice ; I removed my medical shoe wedge which was supposedly meant to correct my posture but in reality was causing stress on the hips - I am now completely pain free and have returned to a good level of sport and fitness . I no longer need individual sessions with Charlie but have now joined her group Pilates lessons .

I would highly recommend Charlie at iOme Fitness as a personal trainer. She tailors the training sessions to your ability and goals. Each training session is unique and targets key areas of the body. She is motivational, inspiring and makes the sessions fun. She also offers extensive nutritional advice and ensures you remember that your daily nutrition is as important as the exercise you are taking. Brilliant sessions Charlie, thank you.

The Body Smart course is a fantastic way to get fit, a great variety of exercises in a non-threatening, non-competitive environment. Charlie is an excellent instructor with a vast knowledge of how to be fit and healthy. I really look forward to the classes, they're great fun, and get results too.

Before starting body smart I was a bit sceptical about how much it could help me to reach my fitness goals. After completing my first 6 week course the results were pretty astounding. My body fat percentage has dropped significantly and my ongoing back pain has now completely gone. I have continued with body smart and have made more progress in the last few months than I have made in a decade of being a member at a normal gym. Charlie's knowledge of sports nutrition and exercise is extensive. She is very supportive and her sessions are always fun. Thanks Charlie!

Charlie makes exercising interesting and most importantly enjoyable! I am not keen on the gym and this was a great way to get fit and keep fit. I had one to one sessions and will now be joining a group session. Keeping me inspired! A good location too.

Loved the 6 week course Charlie ran for our small group. Felt instantly welcome and that exercises were properly thought through and tailored to your fitness/technical ability. As a guy, it was nice to see a different side to fitness, it doesn't always have to be bigger is better. There's a lot I've learnt with my time at iOme that I have taken back to my regular gym. Although I didn't manage to reach my target size, my fitness overall did improve and I'm still feeling the benefits of that a month on. I still try and squeeze HIIT workouts in when I can in a week so that I can build on what foundations iOme started. Recommended to all.

I have been having sports massages for many years from many different Therapists, Charlie’s massages are hands down the best I have had, she locates the problem areas in no time at all and really goes to work on them, alleviating discomfort and leaving muscles extremely supple. I will not be going anywhere else for sports massage from now on 10/10

I started personal training sessions with Charlie to aid my recovery following Covid-19. I decided professional help was required because I had had a good few months with very little exercise, and still had long-term Covid-19 effects including breathlessness.

I was expecting a collection of strength and cardio-vascular work, but Charlie’s also included a great deal on stability, balance and natural movement. We’ve worked muscles I never knew I had, and made sure I can move slowly or explosively. Before, I could run but never had the power to sprint - not any more!

Charlie’s knowledge is astounding, but she’s also a great deal of fun to work with. The progress I’ve made since starting has been considerable and I’m loving it.
