Fab place, fab instructors hands on they get you motivated, great place to make new friends, highly recommend this ladies only gym.

Great ladies gym. Just been to a yoga class which was fab. Back tomorrow night for some circuit training.

Absolutely amazing there, such a loving and uplifting community of ladies all supporting eachother through their health and fitness journeys. I'm officially hooked !

Great venue,

Womens only gym. I have a great workout using the weighted machines in the back room but going to start using the main gym this week. Cycling and rowing machines. Beth and Paula are always on hand if you need them and what a lovely pair they are. Always welcoming. Definitely a 5 star gym.
