Great little fitness studio.

A lovely, nurturing and happy place to workout! There’s a great selection of classes and tailored workouts. Tiff makes you feel so welcome and has created a wholesome space with an amazing ethos 🤍

Everyone is friendly and not at all judgy. Excellent training and great online options too!

Great woman only gym, friendly atmosphere, very helpful, lots of plans to help you feel comfortable with all the equipment, plus classes!!

Tiff is an amazing PT she takes the time to truly invest in your personal needs and goals. She knows just how to motivate you in a kind and caring way. The beautiful studio aesthetic of Elevate and its intimate setting creates a cozy and welcoming vibe. Not to mention it's a women's only space, so you feel like you're apart of a community rather than just another gym goer. I couldn't recommend Tiff enough !
