Excellent service from beginning to end. Jim came to my home and helped me design the bedroom, he did not rush, he was flexible with my order (me changing my mind with design) and happy to revisit .Absolutely fantastic workmanship. Danny his son fitted the units with another lovely young man they both worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble I was so pleased with the wardrobes that I asked them to do my spare room. Danny also built me a unit to cover my electric box which I am extremely pleased with.
I would highly recommend Jem Craft which is something that I don’t do lightly.

Jemcraft is a really great company. We received a very prompt estimate from Jim, and from there on the work was carried out in a punctual and extremely friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for Jim and his team. Our bedroom is absolutely transformed and we are "over the moon". Great workmanship, look no further for a company to carry out a "home make-over".

It was wonderful to have these guys in to do some fitted wardrobes. The workmanship was excellent, the pleasant and professional attitude was a joy. As it is so hard to find someone who is willing to put pride into a job and be respectful of the house. The work was a high standard and they even cleaned up after themselves. The day finally came to refit my daughters bedroom. We shopped around and got a few quotes and various different designs from them, we decided to go with Jemcraft. We're so glad we did!!! From the first visit from Jim, choosing the layout and choosing the style of wood colour it was painless and straightforward. The price was very competitive and it was honoured after fitting. The lads who fitted them were pleasant, polite and careful with thier methods of install. Would we use Jemcraft again? We will absolutely be using them again!

I was looking to have fitted two wardrobes,but wasn't sure where the the best place to go in my area.I read the reviews of Jemcraft and decided to give them a try.I wasn't disappointed,from the moment we met Jim,he took us through who whole process with no pushy sales gimmicks,and gave us great advice especially when he did the home survey.He even showed us his workshop where the furniture is made. The work was carried out having sliding door wardrobe in the main bedroom,and one in a second bedroom,and they look great just what we wanted. Would also like to thank the lads who fitted them,they were polite,and very tidy but most of all they knew what they were doing,and did a good job.I would recommend this company without hesitation.I also thought the cost of the installation was reasonable.Thanks again.

I can highly recommend Jem Craft for their professional and high quality craftsmanship. They have recently fitted both wardrobes and drawers in my master bedroom and I am delighted with their work. On initially contacting them Jim visited my home and explained the range of work they can do…I only had a basic idea of what I wanted and he brought this vague vision to life…he recommended colours and how to make best of the space available. My quote was promptly received and I was happy with the price. Jim promised the work would be done before Christmas and today it has all been completed (30th Nov). I am over the moon! The quality of the furniture is excellent and it’s been finished to the highest standard. Also…I wouldn’t know that I’ve had tradesmen in my home today…they’ve left it spotless…which is another ‘big tick’. Thank you Jem Craft for providing me with a personal service…you have been reliable and trustworthy from start to end and I can’t recommend you enough.
