Signature Flight Support LGW - London Gatwick Airport

Please be aware when you collect guests or passengers from this place,unfortunately at the door normally is a Lady to great you But she have no manners or any kind of customer service skills to TALK in other words ARROGANT(Try to speak with a blonde Lady she is 5 stars.)And do not try to ask to use the Toilet as the answer will be NO as she did to me,luckily enough I'm working for the biggest private Jet Company in the world.

Unfortunately one person could make a good place in the horst one.

Today was a utter pleasure, the manager, she was so amenable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making it so easy and seamless.

Rubbish customer service. To get a discount you need to use their service 10 times! And they only do sandwich ect no fine dining. For £600 it's terrible value for money avoid this and use a lounge and book your own chauffeur like I've done!

First time I have used Signature at Gatwick and like it's other locations at Luton and Stansted it was excellent with very helpful and professional staff taking care of our every need. It's the only way to travel whilst also avoiding mixing with the Riff Raff in the main terminals.
