I hired Floor works to replace our old carpet in the children's rooms and put in engineered wooden floor (which I sourced from another company). Dimitri showed up right on time, he was very clean and tidy and worked really hard the two days he was here.
We had a hiccup with the threshold but simply because I realised only on the day that I wanted a brass one and not wooden one, which they do not provide, so tip for next time, choose a threshold and have it ready on site if is not one of the Floor Works options.
I have to say, after a very bad experience with an electricity company that left the house a mess, it was nice to have someone work, perform well, and leave the house in the same condition it was found. Also no hidden costs, no surprises, everything you need to know is stated in your quote.
I will definitely consider using them again when we have to change the ground floor flooring.

Honestly incredibly pleased with all aspects of the service. We needed new floors installed to replace old carpets. I contacted many companies for quotes and samples. Floorworks was by far the most professional, responsive and helpful team, they quickly organised a quotation, site visit and offered samples (while I had to chase other companies). Their pricing was also one of the most competitive ones. The work was scheduled quickly and done very efficiently and well. The installation guys were very punctual, careful and did the job in one day (for two bedrooms). Overall, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. If we ever need floorwork done again, we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Called in to resurface our hall floor after flood damage the Floorworks men were a delight to deal with, prompt, helpful and professional. They kept me up to date with progress and we were delighted with the results.
