JR Floors

I've ordered twice from this company now and both time had a terrible experience. The delivery company they use (DX) is ridiculous and keeps making mistakes and lying about the package and nobody really seems to know what's going on to the items after they've been paid for. Very difficult to get someone to answer the phone on the JRFlooring help line. Won't use them or recommend them again to anyone.
