We couldn't be happier with Barry's team and our new herringbone parquet. The installers were quick, professional, and friendly. Barry himself popped over to check progress in the evening and we had a friendly follow up call a week or so later to check everything was in order. We're so glad we invested in a proper floor to complement the original floor throughout the rest of the house. Very happy indeed, and would recommend without reservation.

I'd been to 4 or 5 places, had about 20 samples and still none the wiser on what to buy. Within 30 minutes i'd taken home a LARGE sample and ordered a floor for my new home which I absolutely love. Barry came for a visit, had a look at the floor and said there was no need for him to do anything, just gave us some tips to polish and clean and that was it. While he could have made money of us, he chose to honestly recommend what was actually needed, saving us money and hassle. Alex and his colleague (I think it was Jerome but I may have misheard it when he introduced himself, sorry!) turned up to do the work exactly when they were booked, were friendly, polite and helpful, even breaking down and reassembling my massive sofa, and they left the place looking utterly different, the re-sanding and oiling has made such a difference to my flat
